DIRECTIONS FOR USE

In shower or bath, apply 1-2 scoops onto wet skin, and massage in, working from the legs upwards, to improve circulation. Rinse off. Towel dry skin and apply Glow Lab Body Lotion to boost hydration and protection. Gentle enough for daily use.
